Minimum age for Winter Folkstyle Wrestling is 4 years old by August 1st.

The Folkstyle Wrestling season runs through March with practices days on Monday and Thursday evenings with optional training or competition opportunities on Fridays. Tournaments are typically on Sundays. Wrestling shoes are required and must be purchased for the athlete prior to participation.
