Office Assistant
Looking for a community focused non-profit minded individual that has a passion for youth sports and development.
Role Purpose
Administrative duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office/organization. Supports Directors and participants through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
General and Administrative
- Administrative duties across all sports for organizational consistency
- Event and Site support for Tournaments / EAA Events (e.g. Werner Park, Elkhorn Days, Meet the coach, equipment checkout/in / Tryouts / Community outreach / food drives / Coaches clinics / Player Camps
- Background Checks/Code of Conduct tracking for all sports
- Coach Certification Tracking
- Uniform Ordering/Delivering/coordination (Baseball/Softball/Football/Basketball)
- Tournament Registrations and Coordination
- Regular office hours
- General office/event duties as assigned

Desired Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft office products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, MS Teams Site, e-file management)
- Experience in youth sports administration (Tourney Scheduling, Registration processes)
- Experience with youth sports web hosting platforms / Tools (e.g. SportsEngine / Blue Sombrero / Snap Chat / GameChanger / Tourney Machine)
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
