Get signed up today for our “Developing Edge” summer programs!  We have two camps this summer.  The first camp is June 3-June 28 and the second camp is July 8-Aug. 2nd.  We will be offering training on Mondays/Thursdays and Tuesdays/Fridays and will have training times each day of 8-9am, 9:30-10:30am, and 11-12pm.  The “Developing Edge” is for athletes ages 8-12 years old.  Our Developing Edge camp is a sure bet if you want your athlete developed properly in terms of teaching them how to run, jump, land, cut, squat, warm up, cool down, and much more.  In working with our certified strength & conditioning coaches your athlete will build a solid foundation so they can enjoy their sports more and see a reduction in injuries.  According to the American College of Sports Medicine our “Developing Edge” program has been proven to help with the following:
