Nebraska Impact basketball is comprised of teams that compete at the gold, silver, and bronze levels in league and tournament play. Teams are formed based on skill level and/or pre-developed teams which will be determined through a tryout process. Tryouts are typically held in late February or early March.  Teams will have the opportunity to play in both the seasonal leagues (Fall and Winter) through Conqueror Basketball League or OSA as well as tournament play.  Coaches will have the ability to decide which tournaments and/or leagues are the best fit for the team. 

All students entering 3rd through 8th grade are welcome to tryout for Nebraska Impact basketball. Non-Elkhorn basketball players are allowed to try out - Per our mission statement, EAA is a non-profit organization focused on youth and families in the Elkhorn community. We will allow non-Elkhorn students to try out for the Select program however, the goal for each team is to be comprised of 50% Elkhorn school district students.

The season runs from October through March. Teams have 3 options for the season:  (1) Play in 10 tournaments (2) Play in 1 league and 7 Tournaments or (3) play in 2 Leagues and 4 tournaments.  Tournaments may require an entry fee for spectators.

COST

The EAA Impact Basketball Registration Fee is $495 which is the minimum amount due and includes the $250 non-refundable commitment deposit.  You can pay in full or select the payment plan option which will utilize auto payments.  

EAA Impact Uniforms are not included with the EAA Impact Basketball Registration Fee.  Uniform items will be selected and ordered by families (at their cost) at a Uniform Fitting.  

There may be additional fees due to teams participating in additional skill sessions or playing in additional tournaments in which case costs will be spread across all players and collected via email invoice in early 2025.
