LEAGUE
Evolution Softball (formerly Slammers Softball) is a recreational league for players ranging from 4-14. Team rosters are generally formed with players that attend the same school within the Elkhorn School District. Evolution teams generally play against other EAA teams however we may play non-EAA team as needed. Depending on the age group, roster sizes are approximately 10-12 players.


REGISTRATION
Registration begins in January and runs through March 1st. Create an EAA account above to begin. Once you add your participants you may select the available program based on your player's date of birth. (Age cutoff is December 31st)

SEASON PLAY

The Evolution season begins with practices in late March and early April. Games generally begin in May and run through the end of June.

ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS
Do you offer friend and coach requests?
Yes. During registration you may include a friend and/or a Coach request. We will do our best to grant your request however we cannot make a guarantee.

How do I volunteer to be a Head Coach, Assistant Coach or a Team Manager?
You may create an account and select the option to Volunteer. Parents of a player may volunteer during registration. If you do not have a player, select the Volunteer tab in the left margin after you create your account.

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. We offer payment plans to help spread your payments over time. Each payment will be charged an installment fee which is disclosed at checkout.

What is the Elkhorn Training Camp/Xplosive Edge and is it owned and managed by the Elkhorn Athletic Association?
The ETC (Elkhorn Training Camp) is a new facility in Elkhorn across from The Marc that allows for indoor training for your athlete. The ETC is not owned or managed by the EAA. The EAA is a customer of the ETC. We work with them to provide EAA athletes indoor training, practices and clinics during the winter months. Learn More about ETC.

Xplosive Edge is helps athletes reach their highest potential of performance while making safety and well-being a top priority. Xplosive Edge is not owned or managed by EAA. Xplosive Edge is a training program offered at the ETC. Learn more about Xplosive Edge.

6U T-Ball

  • 8U Play Up option: 2 years of softball experience and age 6 by December 31st.
  • Practices and games: Skyline Elementary School on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings.
  • Registration fee includes:  Game shirt and a Participation Medal
  • Pictures are an additional cost.
  • Visor: Parents may purchase a one size fits all visor that can be used through age 14.
  • Participants are asked to provide: Glove, Shoes, practice and shorts/pants.
    *Volunteer Coach:  Head Coach and Assistant Coach will receive a game shirt.



8U Coach Pitch

  • 10U Play Up option: 2 years of softball experience and age 8 by December 31st.
  • Practices and games: Skyline Elementary School on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday evenings.
  • Registration fee includes:  Game shirt and a Participation Medal
  • Pictures are an additional cost.
  • Visor: Parents may purchase a one size fits all visor that can be used through age 14.
  • Participants are asked to provide: Glove, shoes, practice and game shorts/pants.

  • Participants are asked to provide: Glove, shoes, practice and game shorts/pants.

  • Practices and games: West Dodge Station on Monday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
  • Registration fee includes:  Game shirt and a Participation Medal

  • Open to Bennington players.
